Georg Villinger is partner at Modern Products Corporate Finance - Germany and responsible for the machines/metal industry and wood processing in Baden-Wuerttemberg.

He has more than 16 years of work experience in consulting and interim management and has been in several leading positions in management, administration and technology. The focus of his work was the consultancy of producing companies for strategic positioning and product development as well as innovation and technology management. He also conducted company valuations for banks and investment companies. In the context of an interim management Mr. Villinger took on several leading tasks at SMBs. His professional experiences led to teaching activities at the Steinbeis University in Berlin, Pretoria and Port Elisabeth.

Georg Villinger studied industrial engineering and management at the college of higher education in Offenburg. He belongs to the first graduates of the executive MBA studies "International Management Consulting" of the University of Lincolnshire-Humberside, GB (1997).
