Klaus D. Wagner is partner of Modern Products Corporate Finance - Germany and responsible for the building, plastics and plant construction industry (BPP).

The graduated management engineer started his career in a big German plan engineering group as "Project and Claim Manager" in the division Power and Enviromental Technologies. As head of the Corporate Controlling Department he was in charge for transactions and post merger integration activities.

Afterwards he took over the position of an Investment Manager in a strategic holding company, for which he set up a joint venture in Moscow. This company, which he started and run as a Managing Director unites the sales, service and finance.

In a mid-sized family owned enterprise in a critical financial situation he was CFO and started a restructuring and efficiency improvement project and supervised its implementation. This includes also the Spin-Off and sale of the deficit non core business.

He also accomplished company valuations for creditors and investors. Mr. Wagner was successfully acting as Interim Manager in leading tasks in several middle and big sized companies. Furthermore he has enjoyed to train as a business-mediator and is regional boardmember of EUCON, the European Institute for Conflict Management, Munich. In this role as a business-mediator respectively arbitrator he has great experience to settle disputes between companies out of court.
