Roman Göd is a managing shareholder of Modern Products. He specialises in buy and build strategies.

During his years at Gemini Consulting and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, he gained experience in strategic/corporate finance consulting. Thereafter, he became the CFO of a Siemens - Generali joint venture ( IT industry ). In addition, he was employed as a management assistant at an engineering and construction company.

Mr. Göd attended a technical college for communications engineering, and went on to study business administration in Vienna. Besides his intensive work schedule at Modern Products, Mr. Göd lectures for the institute of small and medium-sized businesses (professorship for entrepreneurship and innovation) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
