Dr. Herbert Patschka has been active in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since the fall of the Iron Curtain in 1989. Therefore, he is considered as being one of the most experienced investment and incorporation pioneers in those countries.

Together with two partners, he founded a centre for international business services in Znjomo, Czech Republic, situated just over the Austrian border. The company focuses on advising foreign investors in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Because of these activities, Dr. Patschka has a profound knowledge of the markets in those countries as well as outstanding personal contacts there.

Dr. Patschka is also a founder of and secretary general to the ÖTGW-RCHS - an Austrian – Czech association providing its members with a basis of information and for lobbying. His career began with the restructuring of a leading Austrian bank. Later, he became the managing director of a regional branch of that bank, located at the Austrian-Czech border. He then took charge of building up the bank´s operations business in the Czech Republic. Dr. Patschka also was a student of law.
