Ferdinand Wiegelmann is partner of Modern Products Corporate Finance - Germany and responsible for the machines metal industry as well as for wood processing.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of international project financing, M&A as well as building up and managing of an investment division of a corporate group with focus on the expanding the international business.

Since 1996 he has been managing director and CFO with operative responsibility for several companies whose business purpose were development and service of Smart Cards, development of high-tech appliances and solutions as well as in the field of renewable energy.

He has completed his education as an industrial sales representative at a middle sized company in Northrhine-Westfalia, studied economics at the UCSD San Diego/USA and the Ruhr-University Bochum and completed his studies at the University Hamburg.
