In 1994, Wolfgang Quantschnigg incorporated Modern Products GmbH, which eventually was transformed into Modern Products Corporate Finance GmbH Austria, and is now a leading corporate finance business in Austria and operating in Central Europe.

Mr. Quantschnigg´s career began at IBB, Internationale Betriebsberatung Gesellschaft m.b.H. Already at the age of 33, he became CEO of the internationally-operating company Ettenauer Maschinen AG. Further challenges in his professional life included the restructuring of Austria Haustechnik AG and Reichhold Chemie AG.

Due to his extensive experience, he has acquired excellent knowledge in the fields of organisation, marketing, distribution and production processes in the industry sectors for which he is responsible at Modern Products. In addition, he is an expert regarding M&A and Private Equity transactions. Wolfgang Quantschnigg studied at the University of Innsbruck.
