As a new partner of Modern Products Ass. Jur. Andreas Piechotta is in charge of the establishing of the Modern Products operations in Warsaw for all demanded industry focuses, as far as he is able to reach all network competencies of Modern Products. Born in Czarnowasy near Opole/Silesia, Andreas Piechotta studied law at the University Bayreuth/Germany with a particular focus on economy law.

Immediately after his exams Andreas Piechotta started his career within a German/USA-Food producing group, where he became the responsible manager for all polish investments, especially in the polish sugar industry. At least the above mentioned group have reached a markets share in the polish sugar industry of above 10% in 1997. Later on Andreas Piechotta became a managing investment director for ICT & Semiconductor investments of Jenoptik, one of a most known German corporate venture capital company. From his portfolio 3 IPO´s took place in the German Neuer Markt in 2000/2001 and diverse trade sales. At Klein & coll. a German small cap Merger & acquisition advisory Andreas Piechotta used his experience in portfolio building, investments & exits successfully , and was responsible for various cross border transactions (Austria and Slovenia).

Andreas Piechotta is an examined translator for polish at the Court of Justice, Cologne, Germany and a member of various German polish associations for economical cross border activities.
