Henning Ruckelshausen is network partner at Modern Products Corporate Finance Germany and responsible for steel and plant construction, building industry and plastics.

He has more than 20 years of professional experience, amongst others as owner and managing director of his own company (industry, production, building services engineering) as well as in several management and sales positions. As a consultant he accompanied medium-sized companies with consultation-intensive products in the field of producers goods in the German-speaking region and Italy.

Mr. Ruckelshausen attended the college of higher education in Frankfurt am Main and completed his studies in process engineering as well as during his apprenticeship training also the University of Herisau (CH) for business studies with specialisation on marketing.
