Felix Gutierrez is partner at Modern Products Corporate Finance and responsible for the information technology, telecommunications and the electrical industry in Germany.

He has more than fifteen years of experience in investment banking with focus on Mergers & Acquisitions in Germany and Europe, amongst others at Lazard and Bear Stearns. He carried out numerous transactions in the field of corporate refinancing, restructuring and also cross-border M&A. In particular, at Lazard he was responsible for the TMT, engineering, electronics, high-tech divisions in Germany, from which his industry focus in the field of technology can be derived.
